Employee code are not working

Would you be so kind and help me to understand why my employee code are not working .

It will be helpful if you can share more information about how your employee's code is not working such as:
1. cannot login into POS
2. cannot perform some or certain tasks such as adding items to an existing order or void payment, etc.
3. access to back-end
