Shipping module for Retail

We run a small restaurant and retail (4000 items!) store in north Texas.  We want to expand our online sales using Toast's web-builder.  It is a necessity that we have an easy way to ship products purchased online.

We prefer not to use the Shopify integration, because we have just left Shopify as our retail POS.

When will Toast Retail integrate a non-Shopify shipping option?

And does anyone have any suggestions for a shipping work-around in the meantime?

Thanks for reaching out to the community with this question!
At this time, Toast Retail doesn’t offer a built-in shipping module or native shipping integrations beyond the Shopify connection. Retail items can be listed online and sold through Toast’s online ordering, but shipment handling, labels, tracking, and fulfillment still need to be managed manually or through an external e-commerce platform.
