Gift Cards - POS support for eGift Cards
Looking to sell more gift cards this season? Toast customers in Canada, Ireland, and the U.K. can now sell eGift cards in-store via their Toast POS! Let your guests know that they can simply call into the restaurant and purchase an eGift Card over the phone to have it emailed directly to the desired recipient.

POS - Takeout and delivery support
Customers can now process takeout and delivery orders on the POS, with the necessary guest information appearing on receipts and tickets. Workflows now also support Eircode (IE) and Postcode (UK).

POS - Guest feedback on digital receipts
Restaurants can now accept feedback from guests via Toast! Guest Feedback provides guests with the ability to provide feedback directly on the POS and online via digital receipts. In order to begin using this feature, simply login to Toast Web (the Toast backend) and enable Guest Feedback.
