I know how to add a delay to my online ordering and our deliveries, but I can't figure out how to add a time delay to the Partners. We do not have a tablet from the partners, only the POS. When I spoke with the partners, they told me to speak with Toast, and Toast tells me to speak with the partners. The integration does not seem to allow a time delay for the partners.

Rob, thanks for the reply. I am not looking to turn off or snooze, I want to make 3rd party partners change to 45 minutes when we are very busy (or whatever additional time I am trying to let my Toast online ordering customers (for delivery or pick up)

Yes, the function that allows you to adjust the 3rd party partners to have a 45-minute delay or whatever time you want is called "snoozing." The link I attached explains how to do this.
