Is it possible to make the caller id system work with reservations?
Currently, the system doesn't see our customer database if we key in a phone number and the customer has not used reservations before even though the customer has used takeout. If I have a known customer and phone number in my database why doesn't this info pull into reservations?
Is It possible for the system to associate a walk-in table with a known customer based on credit card info after the check is complete?
