Catering Prep Tools and Kitchen Production Items

I have followed the steps to add production items to the menu and then have associated them with the catering menu items.  I have added additional items for an order to the kitchen production items, however, when I go to run the prep reports, the only production item is the first one I added and not the ones I added subsequently.  Any idea how to get this to work?

Hey, thanks for reaching out to the community! Below are some steps you can try if you are still having trouble!

- Double-check that all production items have been correctly attached to the menu items. Ensure that each item has the correct production item and quantity set.
- Ensure you have saved and published all changes after adding the new production items.
- Verify that the production items are correctly set up in the Toast Web under the Kitchen stations and Production items section.
- If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the production items to see if that resolves the problem.
