Has anyone else had a conflicting IP address cause all the printers to work thermal and not thermal and takes toast hours to fix with you over the phone
Could you share your printer setup with IP addresses? Most likely have more than one printer with the same address or a terminal with the same IP address.
@williams0912 it happens sometimes on Sundays as your leases reset . Make sure you only have your printers serial numbers in toast not the ip address as they are dynamic. You can make it static but I don’t recommend just put the s/n refresh printers and you will be good
