Is there a way to enter notes on a customer? For example, a customer that needs to pay first when they call an order in. Our old POS system would pop up a message box with 'critical' remarks when that customer was selected on the order screen.

Not at this time, but a workaround would be to just edit the guests name and add something to end of the name that signifies pay first, probably wouldn't use any actual words like pay first since it would print on receipts if configured too, maybe a symbol or something that only staff are aware of.

thanks for the help. That is what we are currently doing. Seems like being able to enter notes on customers would be a no brainer....
