Delivery Takeout variable Prep Times

So we have to go in and manually adjust prep times on take out and delivery with smart quote.

Obviously we are busier on Friday - Sunday so we have to take prep time to 45-60 minutes from a normal weekday of 15-20 mins.

Would be great if there could be a "Prep Time" Schedule for different days and times!!

I would love that as well. particularly to be able to schedule based on the time of day. I have our quote time strategy set to be based on kitchen capacity. There is also the AI driven smart quote, but I have never tried that.
