Dine in / take out default

I am a dine in restaurant,  I have 1 person who's job is to take phone orders for takeout.  Is there a way to default his access code to take out only?  Or a specific setting or setup that seems to work for this that someone is currently using and works well?  I'd appreciate any ideas.

You can possibly remove the permission to 1.1 Table service from one's job permission so they can only access quick order for takeout.

As for dining options, you can assign a default dining option to a device but not strictly to one's PIN

Is there also a dedicated device for takeout orders? If so you could set the default dining option for just that device in device setup to takeout.
