editing a new employee

I have a new employee. I incorrectly  entered her email and she never will receive my invitation. I tried to archive her and redo but this doesn't work. How can I correct

Hi Jeffw,

Try changing the Employee ID and POS code. After that, you can archive her. Then add her as a new employee with the right info.
