It would be really helpful if XtraChef had a current on hand for your inventory products. You have your manual inventory counts and your recipes and sales that should deduct from your count but you don't have estimated current on hand anywhere. You only have your actual vs theoretical report for a time period.
This would be extremely helpful for ordering or catching inventory or prep errors, etc.
