Features Request: Discount Max/Mins

I'm trying to add a Cash Discount where servers can add an Open $ Off discount to checks and round down the cents to the nearest dollar, but would like to add a discount where any server can add it, but there is a maximum amount. In this case it would be 99 cents. Currently we can set Max/Min check amounts for a discount to be eligible, but adding maxes and mins to an open $ discount would also be super useful.

To add a cash discount where servers can apply an open dollar off discount with a maximum amount, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Payments > Comps and promos > Discounts and promo codes in Toast Web.
2. Select + Add a Discount
3. Name your discount.
4. From the Discount type drop-down, select Open \$ Off.
5. For the "Applies to" setting, choose whether this discount should apply to "Any item", the "Entire check", or a "Specific item/group".
6. In the Advanced Settings section, add a maximum rule to set the maximum discount value. I think for your example this would be $0.99
7. Configure your other discount settings as desired, ensuring that the discount can be applied by any server.
8. Save and Publish.
