How do we get a ticket to print anytime you full fill a single item on a larger order?

My other restaurant prints a ticket any time a single item is full filled but my new restaurant doesn't do this. I can't find the option for the life of me. Only way has been to manually print a ticket.

Ok, also under the device setup make sure that KDS is assigned a printer.
