Individual Item Availability Limited by Day

Is it possible to limit a single item's availability within a regular menu?  I'd like our fish fry to only show up on the menu when it is available, Friday & Saturday.  It's built in to our regular dinner menu at the moment and I don't really want to make another header menu just for our fish fry special.

This would be a feature request. Unfortunately, you would need to create a new menu for the fish fry special.
