That's tough. Have they raised concerns over the past 3 years regarding that? It's a pretty big issue for us because our customers already don't like using the Kiosk so this is making them even less inclined to order from it.

I want to add that in addition "Guest Facing Name" there should also be an "Internal Name" that does not show up on the Kiosk/POS/KDS/Online/3rd Party Integrations for Toast admins to label each modifier/group/menu item.
