Inventory status is not reflected in Grubhub

I am a new Toast user.  I have a question about Integration with Grubhub.

Integration with Grubhub has been completed and the menu has been updated. Order status can be checked from the POS, however, stock status from the dashboard is not reflected in Grubhub if I change it to out of stock. Do I need to do anything other than change the status?

I just tested at my location. Items/modifiers that are 86'ed on Toast POS do not get turned off on Grubhub right away. 86'ed item is turned off about 20 minutes - 30 minutes after I turned the item off on POS. No problem with Doordash and UberEats, 86'ed items will be turned off almost immediately. I'm assuming it's a sync issue. Menu item availability will be updated on next sync. But I can't say for sure.

I believe that you may have different items on your 3PD menus versus your inhouse menus. If that is the case you need to 86 both.

see my third party menus have different item numbers because you cannot have certain pricing structures or default modifiers on 3PD platforms or you will face failures.
