KDS Item Fulfillment

Hi! We are a fast casual high volume restaurant utilizing KDS screens in our kitchen. I saw there were some updates to the KDS system. One of our biggest challenges has been not being able to bump things off at the prep station level WITHOUT effecting the KDS Expo screen. We do not want green checkmarks for individual items unless the EXPO bumps them on their own. We want all of our screens to work independently of each other. I saw prep stations can do this now, but can we do this at the Expo Level?

For us operators with of modifiers and things being prepared at multiple stations for one menu item - it doesn’t make sense to fulfill at the expediter level. We want them to work independent of each other.
