The Kiosk Card Reader is not working when guests attempt to tap to pay or by inserting the chip card. Only swiping the card works. How can I enable tap pay and chip pay options on the kiosk?
Check to see if there are any card reader updates that need to be done. Under device setup on the Kiosk scroll to card reader, select it and check for updates.
