Toast has a lot of options that we are using to incorporate technology into our many locations; order and pay, online ordering, and kiosks. However we have run into some very troublesome issues that I am hoping there is a work around.
1. Mobile & Pay menus are required to be connected to the Kiosk; we would prefer Kiosk Menus and Online Orders to be connected as we use Kiosk and Online ordering for to-go. And mobile & pay for Dine. At the airport I can sell alcohol to go so my to-go orders and dine in menus can not be the same.
2 . Kiosks- At the airport are always rushing and at times they do not sign, Or they sign but do not hit continue-- the orders never get sent; can we by pass this requirment?
3. Mobile & Pay requires a zip code for credit cards. However international travelers don't have zip codes. When they enter the wrong zip code or wrong CVV then their card's show pre-authorizations but we never receive their orders.

I have had some of these issues too and have some work arounds....have you tried using the visibility checkmarks on the menu to only have them in the places you need? POS and Kiosk are tied together but Online Ordering can be separate.
#2 is the WORST. This happens all the time at our airport locations. I have had to turn off Tips because they walk away after hitting submit and pay, but never hit continue on the tip screen. Then it times out and the order never gets sent. I think this is because the flow is the same as the POS, in which it needs the final press of the (start the next order) button. They need to build in logic that once payment is accepted the order is sent to the kitchen without having to hit 2 more buttons.
