Manual credit card entry

How do you manually enter a credit card number for payment in the new toast experience? I spoke with two Representatives from toast and they could not figure it out.

Hey, @Genier , When you create an order, go to the pay screen, click on the button "Card," and at the bottom of it, it shows key in the credit card. Let me know if you have any other questions!

 I know this is a bad picture but I have no additional options on my screen for credit card manual entry or even cash.

That screen looks very odd, have you adjusted the display size under display settings in the android system settings? I would leave it at default or you are going to have odd issues like this.
