Menu Tree Report

Hi, 

     I have been hunting with no luck - I was wondering if there is a report that can be run that would show the Menu Tree?  Something that would show my entire menu - Modifiers, sides, etc. as well.  Now that we are probably 90% complete it would be a nice easy way to see everything and how it is laid out.

The closest I could think of would be the Menu Breakdown Report or the Pmix.

Yes I live in there!! lol  I was hoping there was a way I could see everything all at once.  Something that I wouldnt have to scroll through.  Like a PDF I could have to "draw" on or show my owners so they can have a better understanding of what we are doing.
