New POS Experience Staff Training Video

Just watched the Toast Online resource for the upcoming changes. 
At 6:00 the presenter references Holding and Sending items. They comment that they are Sending an item but on the video they press a button in the middle which is SAVE. 
No big deal as I am sure we will all figure this out when using the new version, but confusion could have been avoided by a better script/editing on the actual instructional video.

If there is a question here, it is "What is Save" and how is that different from Hold?

That is the stay button, it's the same as send button but you stay where you are instead of back to quick order or table service screen, and items are still sent.
