Online Ordering - Printing

Hi everyone.

I am new to Toast, and I am working to try and get the online ordering to print as soon as the customer places an order, but this is not happening. Instead, all I get is a little bell looking icon that can go by unnoticed as there is no chime or sound alerting the employees of the order, so I was hoping to get it to print as soon as the order is submitted. Is this possible, or not?

Are you looking to send orders directly to the kitchen or just looking for a receipt to print when the orders come in?

I was hoping to get it to go directly to the kitchen so that the order does not get missed or ignored

Okay, so goto online ordering page https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/onlineordering scroll down to approval and set to send directly to the kitchen. Also in that same area make sure you have an auto fire device assigned.

That setting has been set up already and the device has been selected. Unfortunately this has not resolved the issue
