You can try the steps here https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Reverse-Voids-after-Credit-Cards-are-Batched-and-Captured#not... but you will likely need to contact support to do a void reversal.

I'm not sure if there is a way to reverse void before batch settlement. I would suggest that you close today's sales out how you normally do and do a void reversal after batch. You can go on your backend and do a void reversal under Find Checks and Issue Refund,
