Is anyone having issues with customers locking their credit cards? What is the use of preauthorization of cards or holding onto a credit card until the tab is paid if they can just lock it? We are a local neighborhood bar and grill located in St. Paul having issues with customers at times who walk out or dispute items on their tabs because of them just being difficult. What can we do?
