Need salads to fire when a guest orders one that they would like before their sandwich arrives.

When a guest orders a sandwich, occasionally they will sub out the standard side with a side salad or a soup that they would like before their sandwich arrives. Is there a way to program the soup/salad side to fire to the salad station separately when they want the salad/soup before the main item arrives? What is the best way to navigate this?

@Krwell  You need to turn on meal pacing and have course firing options setup.

Thank you!  Unfortunately if wont let us turn the modifier coursing since we are using the grid view KDS
