Significant Tip Adjustment

Had an issue with an employee entering the total amount in the tip line accidentally, trying to figure out if I misunderstand the significant tip amount settings or they circumvented it.  The verbiage under UI options is a little confusing, it it the dollar amount AND the percentage amount need to be true or either or? Technical documentation seems like it is either of them are true. If it's either it should have definitely triggered a manager approval in this in this particular instance, it not it wouldn't because it was under 50 but well over 50%.

I did some testing, both need to be true like it reads.

Yes both arguments need to happen because of the "and" versus saying "or:, in the sentence. I recommend making the dollar amount no higher than 25% of your average ticket. Otherwise your bartender can ring a soda end get a $40 tip and it wont flag

Thanks, I must have glossed over the "and" when I originally set it up and was confused when a tip mistake still happened. I went with $10 and 40%, see how it goes, if they are getting prompted a lot unnecessarily I'll adjust but I would rather they have to tap an extra button than get calls from angry customers.
