Can you share more detail on why you can't log in your pos? Incorrect email/password? Or your employee's pin does not work?

I would be happy to help as well, are there error messages popping up when you try to log in? is this for everyone at your location, or just select individuals?

Well its obvouly not a username and password issue because you were able to reach this forum... therefore i reccomend checking your network connections;
if that doesnt work go into the android settings > click storage > Click Toast > Click lear Cache > Click clear Storage.
Reopen Toast and Log-IN
If that doesnt work go into toast guardian and re-install the app
