So at our cafe, we take a cell number from our guests to notify them through the KDS that their order is ready. So each order is known as a "take out" order. We also have an online ordering. So each order that is taken in the cafe prompts the bell to come up because it is known as a take out, but really its not take out. Frustrating because we miss the actual take out orders because the bell comes up with every order so is missed. Please help with this issue
