Texting the order to the user who called in and then pays by credit card.

Here is what we are trying to do.  

1. The user calls in the order. 
2. The employee takes the order over the phone. 
3. The employee gets the cell number of the caller
4. The Toast system texts a link to the caller. 
5. The user opens the text and is able to confirm the order and pay for it. 
6. The order comes up in the kitchen. 
7. The restaurant completes the order
8. The customer comes in and picks it up. 

How do we set this up in Toast?

Hey, @vgulley, Thank you for contacting us with your question! Unfortunately, we do not have a workflow that matches your request. We do offer some options for sending text (SMS) notifications to customers to let them know their order is ready for pickup, but we do not have the capability to send a link for payment at this time.

What kinds of texts can I send my guests from Toast?

This feature is not 100% available. Text to pay in in a beta phase at ethe moment and while it wouldnt provide the confirmation it would however have them read it to pay.

Second under Catering and events You can have an order created and require an estimate to be confirmed before firing.
