I was trying to add the credit card surcharge fee to all of our restaurants, but if I do Toast is raising our credit card fees. Is there a work around to add this fee without using Toast credit card surcharge product?

Toast Tables Question

Hi i was looking at toast tables to see if it was something we may be able to use. i have a question about server rotation i see that it rotates servers but what happens if its not a server's turn and a customer requests them?

I’m trying to get set up in toast tables. I set the turn time for 75 minutes but it asks how many guests can reserve every 75 minutes, does that mean how many tables or how many individual people can reserve?
