what does this message means.? It started doing this about a week ago. Does it mean that is not charging the tip the customer leave at the time of paying with card?

Thank you for reaching out to our Customer Care team! I am currently looking into the insufficient funds pop-up that you are experiencing on your devices. This is a known issue that our engineering team is currently working on. I believe they have the issue resolved, they are just reviewing troubleshooting steps before implementing them with our customer base. I will follow up with you tomorrow with the steps needed to get your devices updated and remove the error that you are seeing.
