How can I export "Open Shift" data for a date range (i.e. more than just one specific date at a time) ?

So Open Shifts are only Day by Day as you cannot have any shift that is open for more than 24 hours. Ultimately if cash is due from that person it will show up on their next shift, also all checks will be auto-closed anyway so the only way to really fix it is edit all you auto-clockouts.

Is there something specific you were looking for from the open shift that I can maybe show you where else to find the data points you're looking for

Josh,

There was indeed, thank you for asking.

We were trying to get Tips Withheld by Server but could not locate in Order data (which includes Open Shifts but is voluminous), so we tried the less voluminous Shifts data (which does Include Tips Withheld by Server), however it does not include Open Shifts.

So rather than attempt to merge the data, we just decided to pull from Order data because it includes Open Shifts, then just do a bulk entry tied to Total Tips and Grats.

Support folks made Tips Withheld by Server a future enhancement suggestion to Orders data.

Thank you,

Steve aka Birdseye
