Toast Go beeps intermittent

We're having trouble with the Toast Gos not always beeping to let  you know an order is ready.  This is problematic when you're super busy with multiple servers.  We've had to turn on always print because it is so inconsistent. Wasting money.  Does anyone else experience this issue and have you resolved it?

I would check the "New Ticket sound" option under device setup on all your Toast go devices.
