Feature Request:When we check "don't include hours and pay in labor report" it should not show them in the staff count on Toast Now. I know that the hours and pay are not included but it makes it look like a lot of staff are on.
When printing from KDS, it always asks us if we want to print to station or expediter. We don't use expediter. How do we get rid of that extra prompt? We just want to tap print and have it sent to kitchen printer and then fulfill.
Thanks for your reply. We do use coursing. The problem is sometimes the servers accidentally hit hold and think they hit send. How do I send in a proper feature request? This is problematic.
