We are a Golf Country Club. We have implemented Toast POS, Toast xtraCHEF, and we also use QuickBooks Online. Out members typically charge their golf cart, food and beverage to their member accounts. At the end of a month, we need to be able to create a statement from QBO showing the Member Dues, along with all charges to their account. Currently, what we seeing coming from Toast xtraCHEF to QBO are Journal Entries posting to Undeposited Funds that have a memo that reads, "Payment : HOUSE_ACCOUNT", but zero transactions are being created that show what member(s) these charges belong to. In other words, no Accounts Receivables are being created. What are we missing?
