I'm trying to get a report or even just a csv download that includes the value of the ticket that was fulfilled.
So far I'm only seeing time basically. We are looking to understand the average time to fulfill and the value of what is being fulfilled so we can better manage and incentivize the kitchen crew.
There a few place that summarize this but it seems adding the value to the fulfillment reports would be easy enough but can't seem to find a way to do it.

@Kendall When you say the value of what it being fulfilled, do you mean quantity of tickets? Net sales per station? Can you please clarify?

Unfortunately there is no way to track sales per station without having to jump back and fourth from multiple reports. Something we utilize is ticket times per station and challenge the team to get food out fast, beat their previous average, etc. If you go to the device set up on your terminal > kitchen set up > average fulfillment time > yes
This will enable the timer on the KDS Terminals!

How do we make a product recommendation? This would seem to be an easy enhancement to the reports.
Simply beating average time doesn't help make business decisions related to incentives.
