I'm beginning to build recipes in XtraChefef. I'm on draft beer right now, and we sell beer in two sizes, 16oz and 20oz. When creating the recipe, it wants me to enter a serving size and ingredient measurement amount. I know I was told that size pricing should be found in the product mix mapping, but what does that mean for the serving size for the main recipe? How should i fill that part out?

There are a few notes about Serving Size in the links below.

So, what should I put for the ingredient amount in the initial recipe?
For example; Draft Beer comes in 16 and 20 oz sizes

Toast suggests setting it up with size modifiers.
In your case, the base ingredient amount would be 16oz, but the next one would have to be 24oz to work properly. So, if you add 4 more oz, you could have a "Normal" pour and a "Large" pour. Then Xtrachef would be able to know that a large is just double.
I'm sure there are other ways of doing it but this is one way.
