i have a ton of feedback for the AI interface mostly based on how I built my own home grown version. But the easiest to respond and provide is through the AI agent itself rather than going to a website, email or customer support ticket.
I want AI to take my feedback directly and the ln send to proper channels.

I just started experimenting with it tonight, and it was amazing. I think it will be extremely helpful gaining insight into sales and operations. Maybe I missed it, but is there a way to print the conversation or reference it back? I was pulling up some sales data and wanted to pass it along to others, but I didn't see an option. In any case, great addition!

Love to hear that the experiment is going well! Definitely feel free to make a more in-depth post about how you used IQ and the results; it could give other restaurants ideas for taking advantage of this new tech!
To answer your question, there isn’t a native “print conversation” feature within Toast IQ yet. For now, the recommended workaround is to copy and paste conversation text into a document to share.

I am really surprised this function is not getting more attention. It is so good, or, as my husband gleefully exclaimed is "badass!" And now, I am seeing a history of conversations! This tool is so much more helpful that running reports and feeding into another ai program. For example, I wanted to see sales numbers comparing Oct 24/25. I realize those numbers are easily accessible in reports, but then I told it we opened an extra day in April 2025, what was that impact? It responded easily with numbers, percentages, and divided it into categories driving higher sales. We added doordash in 2025, what was that impact? Again, easily provided numbers and percentages. One of the lower sales categories was showing up as "unmapped", what did that mean? What were those? It explained what they could be and offered to identify what causing the unmapped sales. Identified the issues and gave solutions. This all in 5 minutes. Well done Toast IQ!
