Nice to see another purveyor of frozen treats on here! Is there a feature of toast that you find most helpful for your business? I am always looking for ways to improve our set up here.

The Toast Go handheld has been a game-changer when our line gets congested at the register!

  • What are your best tips on preparing for the busy season?   We are incredibly excited for our first summer with the new Taphouse next door (Pat's Tap!), so we wanted to make our business as inviting as possible for new (and repeat) customers.  We added some new colorful solar-powered string lights to our large patio, and provided Pat's with laminated QR codes that direct to our ToastOO to make it as easy as possible for their customers to order pizza as they enjoy a beer.  We also added some indoor seating to our small lobby so customers have a place to sit & relax while they are waiting for their Take-out.  We can't wait for warmer weather and busy season to arrive!

Super SMART to align with the tap house next door.  We're doing likewise with a brewery in the next town over.  We're going there once a week to start and they've offered to have our QR code in the window and at the bar.  EXCITED to start this journey!

  • What are your best tips on preparing for the busy season?  We are a coffee truck who, when not serving the public, are often booked for Private events.  We've used Toast Catering for most of these booking inquiries.  It eliminates the guesswork, helps us screen event types, prepare stock & labor and market ourselves better.
