Why does my kitchen printer always print two tickets

I have a KDS for my cook and a kitchen printer for tickets to go on the orders (pizza box). The printer always prints two tickets for each order. How to I make it just one?

We created modifier groups for toppings, Whole, left half, right half, & double toppings.
