Wont Let employee do shift review

I was doing shift reviews and it says an employee has an open check...there are no open checks under her name. when i hit view checks, it is blank. therefore i cannot clock her out nor close her shiftHas anyone experienced this before?suggestions?

There are no checks open under her name. When I am on the shift review screen it says 1 Unpaid Checkwhen I hit view, there is nothing on the screen
