I was doing shift reviews and it says an employee has an open check...there are no open checks under her name. when i hit view checks, it is blank.
therefore i cannot clock her out nor close her shift
Has anyone experienced this before?
suggestions?

I have seen this before; it's usually a device sync issue. Ensure all devices are connected to the network; this includes HH if you have any. You can also manually adjust this employee shift to force the system to reset. If you need more help, let me know! @Rlamblez

I remember it happened to me one time. But I don’t remember how exactly I fixed it. Perhaps try the auto-resolve issue in closeout day at closing today.

Ok, I would try resyncing orders on that device, from the passcode screen. Have you tried closing shift on another device if available?
