Hello,Our cafe has 1 flex 14 with an additional screen to monitor orders. We have 1 cash drawer, 1 receipt printer for guests and 1 label printer for orders. We just got another wired tp200 label printer to have in the kitchen. This printer is hooked...

All 3 printers are tp200's. Out of the 2 active ones, 1 is used just for guest receipts and the other is for order labels. The 3rd is what we would like to have in the kitchen for food orders. All bought through the toast shop.

Yeah I understand that. This issue is that it is not showing up to be added at all. Even though it is connected to ethernet on the same network.
