Custom tip is displayed as "other" by default. I don't think there is a setting for it.

It's wild guess. It could be that you have multiple auto-fire devices. Check the device setting on the KDS and make sure the auto-fire option is off.Just tested and it's not the auto-fire.

Just to confirm: You only want the "expo ticket" that is still sitting on the printer in the picture. And you don't want the "prep station" ticket printed which is held by the hand in the picture?
