Thanks for the update, Rob. I know that you're probably as in the dark as we are, so I appreciate the sleuthing and advocating for us! Any ongoing updates will be appreciated, for sure. I look forward to seeing what Toast comes up with.
We have implemented the suggestion from Toast and for the time being, it has worked fine. However, we would much prefer to have it automatic as there have been repeated errors as the staff adjusts.
Thanks Rob - this is impacting the business I work for as well. We are no longer able to get pennies from our bank, so a rounding solution is necessary. Looking forward to hearing from Toast on this!
