Our cash tickets go the cashier to get finalized. During rushes they sometimes build up.Leaving us no way, to start a new table. We used to have options , but they seem to have all been taken away?Is there a new way hiding from us.If not - can we ge...

You can't get a clear version of your ticket anymore.All the seat number headings get in the way of course onecourse twowe have been doing alot of large parties for the holidays and have been finding the update extremely difficult and time consuming.

Literally, tried it, that's the way we always did it before.When we do it now there is no option - like your screen shot- ours is jut blank till the bottom

I still preferred before, where it keep the check, but took it off the table. Having multiple checks per table is just asking for errors during a rush.

I'm having the same problem- I have and have always had seat numbers required. So what else do I look at?

We seem to have "Lost " the ability to start a new table on a table thats waiting to be cashed out.

Servers find it impossible to overlook ticket before sending it to kitchen.
