I realized today that we received 2 separate 1099K forms for 2023 and I'm not sure why.
We are fairly new to Toast but not 1099K's. We went live with Toast in Nov 2023 and had sales in Nov and December. My previous 10 years in business, with whatever credit card POS company I was using, I only received 1 1099K. We do not have contractors, out of state employees, etc.
The 2 1099K forms we received do not match in any way. They both have our address and the last 4 of our TIN number....can anyone help? I did contact Toast but they didn't have an answer and that they were escalating my case.
