I've recently noticed a bug that seems to have appeared in V 2.108 and is still happening since the upgrade to V 2.109 a few days ago.
When a staff member is signed in on one of our devices, KDS or POS, and clocks out via Sling, it does not fully log them out of the devices. It changes the screen to the POS activities screen (mode selection and manager activities options), and when you click back into quick order or KDS, it prompts with the clock-in screen for the staff member who just clocked out to clock back in. To solve this, I have to hit the switch user button and pin back in. Previously, when they clocked out, it would just go to the sign-in screen.
I have also noticed on a few occasions that even if they hit switch user before they clock out, the POS activities screen comes back up shortly after no one has used the device, even after clocking out. I see this in the morning sometimes when I come in to open.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
